The hard-seal tube is about 6 inches in length and 1 inch in diameter and has an output power of at least 0.8 mW. Thee spec power on these is 0.5 mW. "Hard-seal" means it doesn't decay on the shelf so no periodic running is required to keep it healthy. The output is from the anode-end of the tube. The beam divergence is around 8 mR (8 parts/thousand) by design so it spreads quickly but a lens can be added to collimate it if desired (not included).
